
At Ola’s Smoke Shack we slowly bring our meats up to optimal temperature whilst providing a continuous supply of smoke. This traditional cooking method produces incredible & mouth-watering results.
This ancestral process originates from the Paleolithic era, making this one of the oldest cooking techniques.
With cook times ranging between 8-36 hours this allows the meats to become succulent, tender and absorb as much flavour as possible.
We also inject our meats with homemade tea which takes the flavour profile to another level. Our tea’s are a secret mix of herbs & spices that are stewed for hours and then injected into the meat, making each mouthful a unique gastro-experience.
We work with trustworthy venues to offer Pop Up, Corporate & Private events along the Costa Del Sol.
